In the past, only employees of the Gotthard Railway Company and later SBB were granted access to the Erstfeld locomotive depot. From June, the depot will open its doors exclusively for you and your group as part of discovery tours. Or visit the depot on the first Saturday of every month. Experience an incomparable place and immerse yourself in the history of the monumental Gotthard mountain line. During your visit, locomotive giants such as the legendary Ce6/8 II 14253, "Crocodile", are of course not to be missed.
